Disguise Self Mask
Disguise Self Masks was a lesson plan I designed and taught to Cincinnati Public Libraries during my co-op at the Cincinnati Ethics Center. This activity allied with the Ethics and Dragons Program where we create masks that were inspired by the spell "Disguise Self" in Dungeons and Dragons. I premade the paper mache, but taught the kids the process while going over vocabulary such as paper mache, value, texture (implied and actual), symmetry and asymmetrical, and primer.
During this time the kids had a lot of fun painting and experimenting with different techniques.
